ABOUT US

HEC Electrical & Construction Pte Ltd (HEC) was incorporated in February 1995 as a contractor specializing in installing, maintaining and repairing of electrical cable, equipment and control panels for Residential, School, Commercial and Industrial buildings.

We are L6 Electrical Engineering (ME05), L6 for Integrated Building Services (ME15) which means we have the ability to tender for large projects with unlimited tendering limits.

Since its inception, HEC has undertaken numerous electrical installation and maintenance projects, as well as Low Voltage/ High Tension cable works projects with:

PWD/CPG consultants; SingTel; HDB; Town Councils; Sentosa Development Corporation; Sentosa Cove Pte Ltd; Ministry of Education; Ministry Of Home Affair; PUB; SMRT; MINDEF; DSTA; JTC; LTA; NTU; Singapore Turf Club; Changi Airport Group, etc.

The Company’s strength lies with its established Management Team. The Team consists of Project Managers, Engineers, Co ordinators and Supervisors all of whom have years of experience and technical capabilities to execute all aspects of electrical works. Under the charge of Project Teams, works are carried out by our experienced and disciplined team of NTS workers, many of whom has served with our Company for years.

The continual development of the staff’s expertise relating to technical and management procedure remain an important component of the company towards achieving client satisfaction.

In the new global challenge of business bench marking, the organization is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 quality management systems as well as BizSafe Star.
